Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, set up tables properly, and handle equipment with care.
• Demonstrate expertise in menu items and beverage offerings.
• Adhere to USPH standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Project a positive image of the company, maintain a professional appearance, and be knowledgeable about ship events and activities.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent qualification in any field.
• Minimum 2 years plus relevant experience in a 4–5-star hotel or onbaord .
• Good English fluency (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
