Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organise the assigned restaurant service station.
- Supervise Assistant Waiters and Café Attendants when required.
- Assist with room-service orders, reservations, seating, stocktakes, and inventory.
- Present menus, recommend food and wine options, and answer guest enquiries professionally.
- Support food and beverage activities, cocktail parties, tea time, special events, and embarkation duties.
- Ensure mise en place, service areas, equipment, glassware, and flatware are clean, polished, and ready before service.
- Maintain excellent guest service, cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Follow all Public Health, safety, security, sanitation, and environmental policies.
- Work flexibly under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
