Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily retail operations and support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Provide high-level customer service and handle escalations professionally.
- Support team members with product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure store presentation and pricing comply with company guidelines.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
- Coordinate with management on sales performance and operational matters.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian citizen only.
- Previous retail sales experience; shipboard retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant certification (e.g. watch specialist training).
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and product categories.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
