Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall retail operations onboard, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the retail team to achieve performance targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and financial results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate with onboard departments and shore-side management.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian citizen only.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business acumen, sales management, and operational knowledge.
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
