Job Responsibilities
- Oversee overall retail operations onboard, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and develop the retail team to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and financial results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with onboard departments and shore-side management.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian citizen only.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong business acumen, sales management, and operational knowledge.
- Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
