Job Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise team performance and ensure service standards are met.
• Drive sales performance and support achievement of targets.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian citizen only.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of sales operations, inventory, and customer service.
• Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
