Job Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail operations and support the team in achieving sales targets.
• Provide high-level customer service and handle escalations professionally.
• Support team members with product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure store presentation and pricing comply with company guidelines.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
• Coordinate with management on sales performance and operational matters.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian citizen only.
• Previous retail sales experience; shipboard retail experience preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role or relevant certification (e.g. watch specialist training).
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and product categories.
• Good English fluency (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
