Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure high quality food, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Plan menus, manage food preparation, and ensure compliance with company recipes and standards.
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen team to maintain professionalism and efficiency.
  • Control food costs, inventory, and ensure proper storage and stock management.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Public Health (USPH) standards at all times.
  • Coordinate with management to improve menu offerings, control costs, and achieve operational targets.

Qualifications

  • This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
  • Good English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
