Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure high quality food, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
- Plan menus, manage food preparation, and ensure compliance with company recipes and standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise kitchen team to maintain professionalism and efficiency.
- Control food costs, inventory, and ensure proper storage and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and Public Health (USPH) standards at all times.
- Coordinate with management to improve menu offerings, control costs, and achieve operational targets.
Qualifications
- This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant(upscale / fine-dining).
- Good English fluency (spoken and written).
- Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
