Job Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned guest staterooms/suites to meet company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests, introduce cabin features, and assist with requests to exceed expectations.
• Handle linen, bed making, minibar restocking, amenities replenishment, and guest laundry requests.
• Monitor room condition, report defective equipment, and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools.
• Work closely with Assistant Steward/Stewardess and Butler (if applicable) to maintain high service quality.
• Follow company grooming standards and comply with USPH hygiene and sanitation regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• This role is open to Malaysian/Singaporean citizen only.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at 4/5 Star Hotel and/or premium restaurant (upscale / fine-dining).
• Good English fluency (spoken and written).
• Previous cruise industry experience is an advantage.
