Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum one yaer of experience as Front Office in 4-5-star hotel, with solid knowledge of Front Operation is preferable.
Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through providing check-in,check-out and related services to guests and visitors to hetel in
accordance with established service standards
Handle emergency incident of all kinds & perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
